These terms govern your use of GetVerifyCode. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide an accurate email. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may require email verification before the first top-up, purchase, or developer API key.
Credits and numbers
Wallet credits are USD and tracked in integer cents. When you buy a number we hold the quoted amount, then capture it if an SMS arrives (or when a rental term starts). Client-sent prices are ignored. Numbers are virtual and may be reused after your window ends. Unused holds return under the Refund Policy. Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may freeze a wallet or close an account if we detect abuse. Acceptable Use.
Liability
Delivery depends on upstream SMS networks. We refund unused holds when no SMS arrives in time for an activation. We do not guarantee that a third-party service will accept a given number. Rentals and activations are sold as live stock at confirm only.
eSIM data plans
Get eSIM Online is a separate product for mobile data. These terms cover GetVerifyCode accounts, wallet credits, temporary numbers, and rentals. An eSIM does not receive SMS codes. It is not paid from this wallet. An unused hold on GetVerifyCode does not apply to a purchase on that site.

No. Catalog and guide prices are indicative. The amount that locks is the live USD quote at confirm. Client-sent prices are ignored.
No. Upstream networks and the destination site decide whether a virtual number works. If no SMS arrives before the activation timeout, unused holds return to your wallet.
Yes. We may freeze a wallet or close an account when we detect abuse or a policy breach. See Acceptable Use for the main forbidden categories.
