Refunds

If no SMS arrives within the activation timeout, we auto-refund the unused hold to your wallet. The default timeout is 20 minutes. You can also cancel in time for the same release.
What is refunded
The held quote for that activation returns to available balance. We do not capture funds when the message never arrives, the provider fails, or you cancel while the hold is still releasable.
What is not refunded
If the SMS was delivered, the hold is captured. Wallet top-ups are credits, not a subscription. Chargebacks are handled as account reviews and may freeze the wallet.

Use Contact and include the activation id. We look at the ledger, not at a price typed in the browser.
