Can I withdraw unused credits?

Wallet credit is for buying numbers on GetVerifyCode. Cash-out is not available. An unused activation hold is different: if no SMS arrives, that hold returns to the wallet. If a top-up or hold looks wrong, email support@getverifycode.com with the top-up or activation id.
